Kopabirth.com provides online registration services as a benefit for active,
Independent Affiliated Instructors of the Kopa Birth®. Independent Affiliated
Instructors are not employees of Kopa Birth®. Information on local pages
reflects content contributed by the Independent Affiliated Instructor who is
offering courses in that particular area. The views contained on such websites
and expressed by the Independent Affiliated Instructor whether on the website,
in a class, or otherwise do not necessarily reflect the views of Kopa Birth®.
Always consult your health care provider before implementing any tools that you
are taught by the Independent Affiliated Instructor. IN NO EVENT WILL KOPA
BIRTH® BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMIATATION ANY

Registration
Deposits
All course registration deposits are non-refundable, expect under circumstances
where the local educator cancels a course. Registration deposits may also be
refundable if a private class cannot be scheduled between a client and local
educator in a manner/time that suits the needs of both client and educator. All
refunds will be submitted online via the credit/debit card used for
registration.
All registration deposits
are retained by Kopa Birth® and are used for the following purposes: Reserving
the client’s space in the local class, course handouts and relaxation CD, and
the distribution of other copyrighted materials. The balance of all
class/course fees are made payable by the client directly to the local
Independent Affiliated Instructor who is teaching the course, per the
instructions of the Independent Affiliated Instructor.

By using kopabirth.com, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Kopa

These Terms shall be
construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of North
Carolina.
Shipping Policy
Kopa Birth® generally
ships only to educators that are purchasing materials for their live classes.
Orders printed and shipped within 3 business days of the order. Product
delivery depends on the distance from the printing facility which completes the
order. Orders will arrive no later than 1 week after they are
shipped. We do not ship internationally. We do ship standard ground
delivery through FedEx or UPS. For those manuals purchased the shipping
policy is as follows:
- Orders of 1-4 manuals have 9.99 total shipping
- Orders of 5-8 manuals have 7.99 total shipping
- Orders 9+ manuals have free shipping
Refund Policy
Kopa Birth® does all we can to ensure customers have a great
experience with our products. However, we understand that sometimes for things
out of our control, out of the customers control or even because of mistakes we
make, it’s best to part ways and provide a refund. To facilitate this, within
30 days of their purchase a customer may email support@kopabirth.com with the
word “REFUND” somewhere in the title requesting which course or
purchase they would like refunded. Upon receipt, Kopa Birth® will refund the
full amount of the purchase to the same payment method which was used to
purchase the course. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to fully
return funds to client. Refund policy applies to online childbirth course
orders only.
