What Our Clients Say...

Just wanted to express to you our sincere thank you for sharing your insight and knowledge during Saturday’s Childbirth class. I entered the class PETRIFIED about delivery, but left feeling CONFIDENT, prepared, and even excited (as excited as a first time mom could be lol) for labor! Thank you again!!

I used the birth ball and just needed the basic slow paced breathing to get me through the contractions. I felt so calm and so focused - your classes are completely to credit for that. I never knew how wonderful, how magical it was to give birth. Until taking your class, and having done it myself – I didn’t realize that it was never something that should be feared. I look back on it with awe. Seeing her grow, sit, stand, talk, walk. So, thank you, for opening my eyes to such an important and life-changing event.

wanted to thank you for all that you taught us and how you helped us to prepare for labor! I ended up developing HELLP Syndrome at the end of my pregnancy. It turned out that I wasn't even allowed to have an epidural due to my condition, so even though we desired a natural birth we were especially grateful we had taken the course! The breathing techniques got me through labor 🙂 I love sharing my birth story now with others.

Frequently Asked Questions

You will always have access to a Kopa Birth® instructor to answer any questions you might have while participating in the online course. Email your course-related questions directly to katie@kopabirth.com and include your best contact info. You will typically receive a response within 24 hours.

Is it better to attend a live class?

The choice to attend a live, instructor-led childbirth class or an online class depends on your circumstances and preferences. Kopa Birth® offers both online and local childbirth classes in select cities.

Can I submit the cost of my childbirth class to an FSA or HSA?

When you register for your KOPA® PREPARED online childbirth class, you will automatically receive a payment statement. This statement includes all of the information you need to submit to your FSA or HSA and functions as your receipt for reimbursement.

Can you explain your money-back guarantee? ?

We want you to purchase your online childbirth course with confidence. Kopa Birth® provides you with a 100% risk free, 30-day, money back guarantee. If after viewing the class you do not feel more confident and prepared for childbirth, email us at support@kopabirth.com and we will refund the full price of your class, no questions asked. I'm a 1st time mom. Will this class be enough for me? ?

The KOPA® PREPARED Essentials course was created to offer stand-alone childbirth preparation for first-time parents. You will not need to supplement this class with an additional childbirth class.

We do recommend that couples take a tour of their birth facility. We also recommend that couples participate in a high-quality breastfeeding class.

I might want an epidural. Should I bother taking a class?

Absolutely! Childbirth classes are for moms who are die-hard about natural birth, as well as for moms who are considering an epidural. Many hospitals do not admit moms until they are 6 centimeters dilated and mom is in active labor. Labor coping tools can help you feel calm and in control during the contractions you will feel before you can get an epidural.
