“To make a long story short…I starting having contractions and went to the hospital the next morning. At 1:30 p.m. I was 5 cm and 80% effaced so they broke my water. Then the contractions kicked in and I have never been so thankful for the he-blow and a focal point!! Three hours later, I gave a complete natural birth to our baby girl. Thank you for all of your support!!!” – Mandi
