The mission of Total Mommy Fitness™ is to help moms with fitness and nutrition as they face unique challenges, and to clarify decades of misleading information that continues to confuse and discourage new moms from staying active and eating well. All of the programs and information shared is backed by scientific research, includes over a decade of personal training experience, and complies with the recommendations from ACOG (American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists).

In the first Program Design option we get right to the nitty gritty of what’s not working in your current situation and create a plan that will get you on track for a healthy body and lifestyle.
2. Transformational Coaching
The Transformational Coaching option includes more hand-holding at first to ensure you are creating lasting changes. This program will leave you feeling empowered, energetic, sexy and confident so you can be the best mom and happiest self possible.
